Maderotherapy Cost in Dallas: Packages

Quick answer
A single 60-minute maderotherapy session at BC Beauty Spa in North Dallas is $99. What do you save with a maderotherapy package?
Buying a package costs less than paying for the same sessions one at a time.
| You buy | You pay | The same sessions at $99 | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 sessions | $255 | $297 | $42 |
| 5 sessions | $399 | $495 | $96 |
| 10 sessions | $699 | $990 | $291 |
A package only saves money if you use it. If protecting one visit a week looks hard, start with a single session or the 3-pack, then move up once you know the rhythm works for you.
How many maderotherapy sessions should you budget for?
Berenice recommends 5 to 10 sessions for contouring, scheduled one to three times a week, and the 5 and 10 session packages are the two most popular. A visible change in contour usually takes 4 to 6 consistent sessions, so the 3-pack buys a trial rather than a finished result.
Budget for upkeep too. Cleveland Clinic says 80% to 90% of women who have gone through puberty have cellulite, that you cannot get rid of it, and that no evidence shows massage tools or rollers improve its long-term appearance. For a comparable massage-and-suction treatment, the American Academy of Dermatology reports that cellulite tends to return within a month of stopping. Wood therapy does not cause weight loss and does not remove fat. Does wood therapy work? goes through the evidence.
What changes the price of maderotherapy?
- Single session or package. The biggest lever. The same hour costs $99 on its own and $69.90 inside the 10-pack.
- Wood tools only, or wood plus machines. A maderotherapy package covers wood therapy. Body Sculpting and VIP Body Transformation add cavitation, radiofrequency, lymphatic drainage, and more, so they price differently.
- Membership. At $99 a month it includes a monthly facial and 10% off treatments, which changes the math if you also come in for facials.
- Surgery recovery. After liposuction, a BBL, or a tummy tuck, the service you need first is post-op lymphatic massage, not wood therapy. It has its own Post-Op Recovery Package: 10 sessions for $600, or $60 each. Your surgeon decides when firm pressure is safe.
- Promotions. A seasonal offer can change what you pay, so ask before you book if one is running.
Each maderotherapy session runs about an hour. We decide together which areas to work on inside that hour, usually the abdomen, waist, legs, glutes, or arms.
What does a $99 maderotherapy session include?
The $99 covers the whole appointment: a short consultation about the areas you want to focus on, the full sequence of wooden tools, and a draining finish that guides fluid toward the lymph nodes.
There is no downtime. You can go back to your day right after, and light redness in the treated area is normal and fades within a few hours. Every appointment is private and one-on-one, in English or Spanish. The wood therapy guide walks through how the hour feels.
What should you ask before you compare maderotherapy prices?
A per-session number means little on its own. Before you compare, ask each provider:
- How many minutes is the session?
- Who performs it, and will it be the same person every visit?
- Is the price per session, or a package price divided out?
- Does the package expire?
- Is it wood therapy alone, or wood therapy combined with machines?
- Can they explain what the treatment cannot do?
Ask that last question of anyone who quotes you pounds or dress sizes, then ask for the evidence behind the promise.

Frequently asked questions
How much is one maderotherapy session in Dallas?
A single 60-minute session at BC Beauty Spa is $99. That covers the consultation, the full tool sequence, and the draining finish, performed one-on-one by Berenice Casneiro in English or Spanish.
How much do 10 maderotherapy sessions cost?
The 10-session Maderotherapy VIP package is $699, which works out to $69.90 a session. Paid one at a time, those same 10 sessions come to $990, so the package saves $291. It includes a customized program and progress tracking.
Does the membership make maderotherapy cheaper?
BC Beauty Membership is $99 a month and includes 10% off treatments, one facial a month, VIP promotions, and a free skin consultation. Whether it beats a package depends on how often you come in for facials as well as body work. Message us and we will run the numbers with you.
Does insurance or an HSA cover maderotherapy?
Maderotherapy here is a cosmetic massage service, not medical care, so plan on paying out of pocket. Cleveland Clinic describes lymphatic drainage massage as a treatment providers use for conditions such as lymphedema, which is a different situation. If you have an HSA or FSA, ask your plan administrator before you assume it qualifies.
Can you get maderotherapy after liposuction or a BBL?
Only after your surgeon clears you for firm pressure. Until then the service built for that stage is post-op lymphatic massage, priced at 10 sessions for $600 in the Post-Op Recovery Package. The post-op massage recovery guide explains what a first session involves. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons sends recovery questions back to your own surgeon's office, and so do I.
Is a cheaper maderotherapy session worth it?
It depends on what the price covers. A shorter session or a rotating provider can make a low number less of a deal than it looks. Ask how many minutes you get and who performs the work, then compare.
